Touring 1/10 | Front Wheel Drive Class
1. Chassis Eligibility
1.1 The car must be a purpose-built 1/10 scale "Touring FWD" vehicle. This class is primarily for front wheel drive, and is not open to 4WD 1/10 touring cars .
1.2 Brands: any available Touring FWD in the market
1.3 Drivetrain: only 2WD are permitted, Front Wheel Drive
1.4 Drive train shall not be a direct drive.
2. Body Specifications
2.1 Bodies must be painted 4 door hatchback. GT or USGT car bodyshells are not permitted.
2.2 Aero-dynamic touring car sedan bodies are not permitted.
2.3 Only original wing that comes with the bodyshell is permitted. Hand made / 3D printed wings are not permitted.
2.4 Fitment: The body must fit the chassis correctly without modification and be securely mounted during all races .
3. Motor and Electronics
3.1 Motor Type: any 13.5T brushless motors are permitted. The internal wire resistance must not be lower than 0.018 ohm (measured with Duoyi DY 4106)
3.2 Speed Controller (ESC): The ESC must be used in Blinky" mode. This means that all boost and turbo timing functions must be disabled or set to zero.
3.3 ESC with a built in Bluetooth function is not permitted.
3.4 Sensors are only allowed for the purpose of passive data recording and not for adjusting the performance of the car while in racing Any capacitor is permitted
3.5 No electronic driving aid such as Gyro is not allowed.
4. Tires and Wheels
4.1 Type: Only rubber tires are allowed. Foam tires are prohibited.
4.2 Maximum diameter is 65 mm
4.3 Wheels: only standard 1/10 touring car sized wheels are allowed
4.4 A maximum total 2 (two) sets of tires are permitted for the race event
5. Dimensions and Weight
5.1 Wheelbase: The chassis must utilize one of the standard Touring FWD wheelbases, from 250mm (Short) to 273mm (Long)
5.2 Width: Maximum overall track width should be 190mm, consistent with standard Touring dimensions.
5.3 Minimum Weight: A minimum weight limit of 1250 grams, measured after race.
6. General Construction
6.1 Gear Ratios: Gear ratios are open, allowing drivers to tune their final drive ratio according to track layouts.
6.2 Batteries: Maximum permitted battery voltage is 2S LiPo/LiHV (8.44 volts)
6.3 Batteries must be available in the market and visible brands
6.4 Lipo batteries must be charged in a li-po safety bags. In case of fire, without a li-po safety bag, the person must be responsible for property damaged.
6.5 Modifications: Hop-up parts (like ball bearings, oil-filled dampers, and carbon fiber parts) are permitted. The car must retain its basic FWD Touring identity .
